In this episode we meet with Chelsea Sexton, electric vehicle advocate and pioneer of the modern day EV. Chelsea was part of the original team that helped get GM’s EV-1 on the road and part of the group that tried to prevent its unfortunate destruction as shown in the documentary “Who Killed the Electric Car?” She was one of the Co-Founders of Plug-in-America and is now a co-host on Fully Charged. Chelsea has been fundamental to the modern EV movement, from her work on the EV-1, to being on the board of Nissan’s Global LEAF advisory Board and of course her ongoing work as a global advocate for electric vehicles. In Today’s episode we discuss how far electric vehicles have come, what misperceptions they still face, and where they are headed.
